Returns
We accept returns of products within 10days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have the proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at thepawpea@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping
