Return and Refund Policy

Refund Return Policy

Pawpea’s sole aim is to make pets happy and ease paw-renting. We want to help pets and their parents live harmoniously and lead happy, healthy lives, and thus we aspire to deliver unique products sourced from the best manufacturers in the country and abroad.

Our policies are made keeping in mind the betterment of the relationships with our customers. These policies are developed to assure you that, subject to the following conditions, if any product purchased from Pawpea is flawed or not suitable for you/your pet, we’ll happily repair or replace the merchandise or provide you with a Pawpea Wallet Credit for your return.

Within 7 days from the time of delivery, if you decide you no longer want a product you ordered, you can return it to us for an exchange or store credit as long as the item and packaging received by Pawpea are undamaged and in a resalable condition.

Refunds and Exchanges

We don’t provide any refunds for returns/exchanges except in the following cases:

  • If you receive the wrong, damaged, or expired product, please inform us with pictures within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for processing such claims.

Conditions for Return/Replacement Denial

In certain cases, we may deny return or replacement requests. Here are the conditions:

  1. If the product is non-returnable, we will still hear your issue and try to resolve it. However, the final decision lies with Pawpea.
  2. A return charge equal to the shipping cost may apply for arranging the return, and this will be communicated at the time of processing your return request.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Used or altered products.
  • Missing original packaging or labels.
  • Requests generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Not notifying or sharing images/videos of defective products within 48 hours from delivery.

Exchange Policy

  • Each purchase is eligible for a single exchange only. Subsequent exchange requests will not be accommodated.
  • If the product for exchange is unavailable, store credit will be offered.

Note: Dog shoes, clothes, and all customizable items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For any queries, contact our customer support team, and we will find the best solution to your problem.

Return Eligibility

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are received in a damaged or faulty condition:

  • Edible and perishable items like food, treats, and supplements.
  • Personalized products, such as engraved identification tags.
  • Bedding, mats, beds, sofas, blankets.
  • Cat/dog litter, trays, toys, and accessories.
  • Cat furniture and scratchers.
  • Grooming products.
  • Leashes and harnesses.

Denial of Store Credit or Exchange

Store credit or exchanges will not be issued if:

  • The item is received without its original packing or in an unclean, broken, or worn state (unless defective).
  • You will have the option to ship the item back at your cost or have it donated.

All returns will be inspected upon arrival at the Pawpea warehouse before approval.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: If you decide to cancel an order before it is shipped, contact customer support or email us.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may reject the delivery if desired.

For Prepaid Orders:
If you reject the delivery of a prepaid order, a refund will be processed to the original payment method after the item is returned and inspected.

For Cash on Delivery (COD):
If you reject the delivery of a COD order, no refunds or store credits will be issued.

Pawpea Store Credit

Store credit is issued in the form of a credit invoice once we receive the returned order. To use store credit:

  1. Place a new order on our website and choose the COD (cash on delivery) payment option.
  2. Share the new order ID with us, and we will verify and deduct the credit amount before dispatching your order.

Note: Store credits are valid for one month from the date of issuance. After this period, the credit will expire and cannot be used.

Store Credit Return Policy

  1. No Returns or Refunds: Returns or refunds are not applicable on any purchases.
  2. Size Replacement: Items with size issues are eligible for replacement with the correct size.
  3. Store Credit: Store credit is valid for one-time use only and is non-transferable.

How to Place a Return Request

  1. Email us at thepawpea@gmail.com with images and an unboxing video of the product.
  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
  3. Any shipping fees for returning the product are at your own cost and non-refundable.
